Prior to joining Hemphill, Scott was a media consultant, owning and operating a digital media production company. In 2013 Scott came on part-time as an outside Business Process Management consultant and joined Hemphill as CTO in 2014.

As CTO, Scott oversaw the development of Hemphill’s proprietary project management software Polaris BPM and its Tower Site Development Specifications. Scott also oversees day-to-day operations of Hemphill’s network infrastructure, technology, and server operations.
